Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday
(excluding weekends and U.S. holidays) - During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days
- You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship only within the United States
- This includes Alaska and Hawaii
- At this time, international shipping is not available

- Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier
- Pikoja is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

- Events outside our control
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the package and the damaged item
- For lost or significantly delayed shipments, contact us and we will work with the carrier to assist with resolution
Split Shipments
- Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages
- If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
