  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday
    (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays)
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship only within the United States
  • This includes Alaska and Hawaii
  • At this time, international shipping is not available

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email

Important Shipping Information

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier
  • Pikoja is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
    • Shipping carriers
    • Weather conditions
    • Events outside our control
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the package and the damaged item
  • For lost or significantly delayed shipments, contact us and we will work with the carrier to assist with resolution

Split Shipments

  • Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages
  • If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
