At Pikoja, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.

30‑Day Return Window

We offer a 30‑day return window for eligible items.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received
  • All original tags must be attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Email us at support@pikoja.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return approval from our support team
  3. If approved (U.S. orders), you will receive a return shipping label and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the provided label and instructions
Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pikoja.com, and include clear photos of:
  • The item
  • The packaging
We will review the issue promptly and offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Non‑Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and legal considerations, the following items are not eligible for return:
  • Used or opened personal care or beauty devices
    (including LED red light therapy face masks)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:
  1. Return the original item (if eligible) for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item
This ensures quicker processing and availability.

European Union – 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements:

  • Original condition
  • Original packaging

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
  • Your bank or card provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
